Elaine will support patients to identify the non-medical
problems that are impacting negatively on their lives.

GP’s and the Practice Nurse may refer patients for support for a wide variety of issues such as low mood, anxiety, social isolation, housing, adult learning or financial difficulties.

Our new Practice Manager

Derek Geddes joins the team at Southfield as Practice Manager.

Following Liz Shepherds retirement, Derek started with us in December.

Derek is from Burntisland and comes from a Retail and Healthcare background.

With over 17 years managerment experience and a passion for patient care, I hope you will join us in wishing him every success in his new role.
